Vince McMahon among top executives to sell WWE stock

WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon continues to sell some of his stock in his sports entertainment company as well as several other executives.

On Tuesday, WWE issued SEC filings noting that these executives sold WWE stock on July 22nd. McMahon sold 12627 shares for $70.23 while Triple H sold 17563 shares for $70.23.

This comes at an interesting time as WWE’s stock has declined in recent months by nearly $30. WWE is slated to release their second-quarter earnings of the year on Thursday.

Back in March, McMahon sold 3,204,427 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock. On November 30th, McMahon sold 306 shares of company stock, which he made $22,866,523.61 from the sale. McMahon initially sold $100 million worth of stock in order to fund Alpha Entertainment.

– Paul Levesque (Triple H): 17563 shares sold for $70.23.

– Stephanie McMahon: 17681 shares sold for $70.23.

– George Barrios: 139175 shares sold for between $69.46 to $70.62.

– Kevin Dunn: 68628 shares sold for $70.23.

– Mark Kowal: 3845 shares sold for $70.23.

– Michelle Wilson: 65318 shares sold for $70.23.
