After months of teasing tension, WWE has finally pulled the trigger on the break-up of one of their tag teams.
PWInsider reported today that Andrade and Angel Garza are officially done as a team. That was made pretty clear on WWE TV but WWE has teased their break-up several times only to put them back together.
Mike Johnson notes that they are done for good. He said, “We are told the Andrade and Angel Garza tag team is no more going forward.”
It will be interesting to see what happens with all of the members of the group. Zelina Vega is now wrestling full-time and Vince McMahon is said to be a big fan of her.
The jury is out with Andrade and Angel Garza. Andrade, in particular, was supposed to get a big push when Paul Heyman was still in charge of creative. That push was cooled off when Heyman was removed from his position.
Garza and Andrade could end up on separate brands in a few days after the WWE Draft.
