Vince McMahon’s Health Is Fine, According To His Attorney

There was a claim made on Monday by Lee Cole on his YouTube channel that Vince McMahon’s health was declining. Cole said he heard this because Linda McMahon said this to people close to Vince. Cole is the brother of the late Tom Cole, the ring attendant who accused people in the company (then-ring announcer Mel Phillips, then WWF-VP Terry Garvin) of sexual assault/harassment. Tom Cole passed away from suicide in 2021.

In a statement sent to Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston and John Pollock, McMahon’s health is said to be fine. McMahon attorney Jessica Rosenberg said, “Vince’s health is fine.” She added, “We have no idea where the rumor that he had health issues came from, but it is not true.”

Lee Cole claimed on his YouTube channel that he talked with someone that “Her and I have in common” who stated that Linda’s husband’s “health is deteriorating fast.” Cole also claimed that he received legal threats for talking about McMahon’s health.

Vince McMahon had spinal surgery in July of 2023 and was seen using a cane in the months after the surgery. There were no signs of health issues when he appeared at the NYSE alongside TKO executives in January of this year. McMahon sold his remaining TKO stock in April 2024 and is no longer associated with WWE. McMahon is currently in a legal battle over sexual assault claims made by ex-WWE employee Janel Grant.
