WATCH: Becky Lynch offers support to Conor McGregor for potential Khabib Nurmagomedov rematch

WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch spoke with TMZ Sports about a few different topics including a potential rematch between UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor.

McGregor recently beat Donald Cerrone by first-round TKO at the UFC 246 pay-per-view event. UFC President Dana White has already stated that McGregor will likely fight the winner of the April showdown between Khabib and Tony Ferguson later this year.

When asked about the rematch, Lynch showed her support to McGregor.

“Conor’s got it. Of course, I’m going to say my countryman. He’s got it, he outstruck Khabib in that last fight and I think he’s been working. You saw it in the last fight. He’s got a new gameplan, his head is firmly in it, and I think he wins it. I think he’s got that dedication. He backs it up, man. He backs it up.”

In the past, Lynch has expressed interest in teaming up with McGregor to take on Ronda Rousey and WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle in a mixed tag team match. Obviously, that match won’t happen now due to Angle’s retirement.

Lynch has also trained with McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh. You can watch the entire interview by clicking on the player below:
