At Thursday night’s Bar Wrestling show in Baldwin Park, CA, Candice LeRae said goodbye to independent wrestling as she gets prepared to embark on her run with WWE.
LeRae took on Joey Ryan in her final independent wrestling match. As you can see below, it was an emotional night for her and for all of the fans in attendance. LeRae brought her family into the ring and led the fans in singing “Happy Birthday” to her mom. It was a really nice moment. That was followed up by a really nice speech from Ryan.

LeRae will now start working out at the Performance Center. Her jump to WWE had been expected for some time because she had been used at the NXT TV tapings for months and she was one of the most popular wrestlers at the Mae Young Classic tournament.
