Title Match Wrestling has posted another clip from their interview with former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore.
In the latest clip, Amore talks about his firing from WWE. As previously noted, Amore was fired after rape allegations were made against him. The charges were later dropped due to insufficient evidence but the word on why WWE fired him was that he did not let the company know that he was being investigated.
Amore clams the police vindicated him by backing up every word. He said he didn’t know about the allegations until they came out on social media, which would contradict the story that came from people in WWE.
“I found out like you all did,” Amore said about his firing. “I was backstage, the tweet goes out. I send a phone call to my f**king lawyer right there on the spot. Vince McMahon pulls me into his office [and he says] go home. Next day I get fired on the phone by Mark Carrano.”
“I don’t think they’re doing so hot,” he said about today’s WWE product. “I just don’t know, I don’t watch the sh*t.”
Amore said he watched Finn Balor vs. Brock Lesnar and he watches Juice Robinson matches because he’s always admired him. He talks about what Robinson had to put up with when he was CJ Parker in NXT.
“The environment was extremely toxic in NXT. You had no freedom really. It was hard creatively to get over. He said ‘f**k you Triple H, f**k you WWE. I’m going to New Japan and living in the dojo and I’m gonna make it there.’ And he did it and I f**king love that.”
