Finn Balor wrestled on his last NXT show on Saturday night. The fans in Houston got a treat when Bayley came out to put over everything that Balor has done for NXT.
She also called out Mojo Rawley, Carmella and Nia Jax. The scene was reminiscent of the 1996 curtain call with Kliq members Shawn Michaels and Triple H saying goodbye to the departing Scott Hall and Razor Ramon.
If you are wondering why Bayley is back in NXT, it’s because her match at Battleground was considered a “one time” thing. In reality, she’s expected to be called up to the main roster relatively soon.
Balor thanked the fans and he put over everyone in NXT, specifically trainer Matt Bloom.
