Wale posted a video on Twitter hyping what appears to be the new NXT logo.
As previously noted, WWE is backing away from scouting independent talent and the plan is for a complete revamp of the NXT brand complete with a new look, new branding, new lighting, and a new overall presentation. You could see hints of those changes on this week’s show with the style of wrestling being slowed down.
WWE taped two weeks of NXT this week to allow for time for the CWC (Performance Center) to be revamped for the new look so expect the changes on the September 7th episode.
