A former WWE star has started taking bumps and running the ropes shortly after teasing a wrestling return.
That star is Ezekiel Jackson, who, in a Twitter post earlier this week, responded to a fan noting that he would “soon” be wrestling again. His last match was in October 2015, when he won a six-man tag team match.
Jackson signed with WWE in 2007 and went to work for FCW under the Rycklon name. He was called up in 2008 for the ECW brand as Brian Kendrick’s bodyguard.
Jackson was the final man to win the ECW Championship in WWE and later became a member of The Corre. He later became an Intercontinental Champion before departing in 2014. He also had short runs in TNA and Lucha Underground.
As seen below, Jackson got back into the ring and did some drills:
Haven’t ran in a ring or bumped in a while. Not too bad for 46!!! #meast #unleashthemeast #bigRyck #bigZeke #ezekieljackson pic.twitter.com/03Po2m6taF
