WATCH: Jordynne Grace Reveals Clip Of Exact Moment She Suffered Ankle Injury

Jordynne Grace has now revealed the exact moment her ankle injury happened, and the clip shows just how quickly things went wrong. Grace competed in a match against Alba Fyre that was taped for Main Event on Friday night at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.

While the bout ended with Fyre picking up the win, it was reported by fans in attendance that the match appeared to be stopped or cut short due to the incident. Grace later shared that something went wrong during the contest and that she required a wheelchair backstage afterward.

This morning, Grace provided an update by posting a clip from the match that captures the injury. In the video, she is seen leaping off the ropes and landing awkwardly, causing her right ankle to bend sharply upon impact with the mat.

Grace summed up the frightening moment with a blunt explanation in the caption: “My ankle glitched irl.” Despite the visible severity of the bend, early reports indicated she initially tried to finish the match before ringside medical staff were called in to assist her.

The Aftermath and “Ankle Sisters”

Shortly after the taping, Grace posted photos showing her right foot secured in a medical walking boot while standing backstage with another WWE talent who was also dealing with a leg injury. Grace kept the tone light despite the situation, jokingly noting that the other talent “followed me around the entire night to document us being ‘ankle sisters.’” However, reports from the venue noted that Grace was unable to leave the ring under her own power and required significant help to reach the backstage area.

Since being called up to the main roster, she has been part of a feud with WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill. We wish her a speedy recovery.
