WATCH: Matt Riddle Recently Wrestled At A Birthday Party

After wrestling all over the world, Matt Riddle recently had a unique experience in his wrestling career.

Outside of the ring, Riddle got himself in hot water for various reasons, including his rehab stints for substance abuse issues, causing him to fail WWE’s wellness policy, his issues with an adult film star who alleged he cheated on her to do drugs, and more. Riddle has stayed busy since departing from WWE last year by working for various promotions, including MLW, NJPW, and independent promotions.

The former WWE star recently had to miss some dates due to suffering a concussion in a car accident. However, he was able to work El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. for AAA over the weekend.

As seen below, Riddle was hired by Valley Wrestling Connection to wrestle during a birthday party. While some will take this as an opportunity to knock Riddle, he has claimed in the past that his booking fee is $2000, so he was paid well for the moment.

At one point, Riddle hit an RKO on his opponent in a swimming pool.
