WATCH: Mick Foley reenacts Dusty Rhodes’ “hard times” promo as Mankind

Mick Foley is known to be creative while recording Cameo videos. So when a fan asked him to do the classic “Hard Times” promo from WWE Hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes as Mankind, he went all out.

The WWE Hall of Famer noted on Twitter that a fan paid him to do the promo as this character. Rhodes originally did the promo in October 1985 on Mid-Atlantic Wrestling television.
