WATCH: Official trailer for “Rabid” featuring CM Punk

The first and official trailer for the horror movie Rabid, which stars Laura Vandervoort and Ben Hollingsworth, has been released. CM Punk and AJ Lee are featured in the film in supporting roles.

This is a remake of the 1977 David Cronenberg movie written and directed by The Soska Twins. For those who might not know, they directed several movies for WWE Studios, including See No Evil 2 starring Kane.

In the film, Lee plays a character named “Kira” while Punk plays a character named “Billy.” As of this writing, there is currently no release date for the film but it will premiere at the Frightfest film festival in the UK on Monday, August 26th.
