WATCH: Road Warrior Animal goes off on The Ascension, comments on 205 Live

WWE Hall Of Famer Road Warrior Animal was recently interviewed by Hannibal TV. During the interview, he was asked about the current tag team division in WWE. He said that he doesn’t mind Big Cass and Enzo Amore as they’re pretty good and kinda funny. He said that they need to learn how to wrestle first. He said that Paul Ellering is a really good teacher and that The Authors of Pain needs a lot of polishing up to do before they even think about going up to the main roster and that WWE knows that. He then went off on The Ascension. He said that they need to quit trying to be the Road Warriors as they’re never going to be the Road Warriors. “No way, shape, form, build, action, wrestling will beat Road Warriors. Leave it alone, leave it alone, that’s my advice to them.” He said that because if they were doing the same gimmick, he wouldn’t try and copy them. He doesn’t care what WWE officials would say. He added that Road Warriors are in a league of their own and that The Ascension needs to let it go.

When asked about 205 Live, he said that WWE is doing the show because they’re doing a lot more in the UK as the UK attendance is better than in the US. He said that a lot of times it’s not believable that the little guys at 200 pounds can beat the big guys. He brought up that there are very few Daniel Bryan’s in this world and that Bryan was a freak in pro wrestling. “I think it’s a good class for small guys to do things and we’ll see how it goes. It may last for a while, or it may just be a short-term thing.”
