For those of you that missed it, scroll down to watch the awesome tribute video to “Mean” Gene Okerlund that aired on WWE Monday Night Raw.
The tribute features a ton of clips and photos from over the years with names like Vince McMahon, Jesse “The Body” Ventura, Randy Savage, The Ultimate Warrior, Ric Flair, and many more legends.
The video aired during Hulk Hogan’s tribute to Okerlund. Hogan got emotional when talking about his long-time friend because they have been close since their time together in the AWA in 1980 and would regularly stay in contact as late as several weeks ago.
You can say a lot of things about WWE but there is no denying the top-notch quality of their tribute videos and this may rank among the best they’ve ever produced.
