The long awaited confrontation between Ronda Rousey’s crew and WWE’s 4 Horsewomen finally happened outside the Mae Young Classic and it was rather intense.
Ronda was being interviewed alongside Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke about Shayna Baszler’s stellar performance in the Mae Young Classic when something caught their eye. Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Bayley strolled up like it was their yard. In reality, Full Sail University is kind of like a home to them in a way because they spent so much time there in NXT.
But Rousey wasn’t impressed by Flair, Lynch, or Bayley because she just looked them up and down and stared at them intently for a moment before saying, “you name the time, you name the place.” She sounded very sure of herself.
WWE’s Horsewomen just looked at Ronda, Duke, and Shafir and walked away without responding. “Not today?” Rousey asked.
It was a tense situation which will probably lead to a match between the six of them. If Bayley can’t recover in time they might have to figure out something else, but hopefully, she’ll be ready by the time their program really heats up.
But the fact WWE is putting this kind of video out there is probably a clear indication they have something very cool planned.
