WATCH: Tiffany Stratton Shares Footage Of Scary Bump That Almost Broke Her Neck

Tiffany Stratton has shared a video of a terrifying bump she took in practice that almost broke her neck.

On her TikTok, Stratton posted throwback footage of herself practicing for the NXT Women’s Championship Ladder match at NXT Stand & Deliver in 2023. The video shows Stratton taking a huge bump to the outside of the ring, intended to simulate being pushed off a ladder. However, on the way down, she catches her leg on the rope before falling to the floor.

“The time I almost broke my neck the night before a big match,” Stratton captioned the video.

During the actual match at Stand & Deliver, the title was put on the line with Roxanne Perez defending against Stratton, Lyra Valkyria, Indi Hartwell, Zoey Stark, and Gigi Dolin. Stratton performed a similar spot in the match, taking a large fall to the outside onto her opponents. Indi Hartwell ultimately won the match to capture the title.

This would not be Stratton’s only ladder match in WWE. She later won the Money in the Bank Ladder match in 2024 before cashing in her contract on January 3 to become the WWE Women’s Champion. Stratton has beenn off WWE TV since last month after losing the Women’s Title to Jade Cargill.
