Triple H appeared on several ESPN shows on Tuesday morning and started off the day by appearing on the 10 AM EST episode of SportsCenter. During the interview, he was asked about the status of The Big Show vs. Shaquille O’Neal match at Wrestlemania 33. The last we heard was that the match would likely not happen and WWE has already announced The Big Show for the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Triple H said that WWE has had conversations with Shaq all the time and he believes that Shaq and Big Show are having a lot of fun at egging each other on. He noted that who would’ve thought that both men would have abs. He noted that they’ve talked themselves into getting in shape and that it’s phenomenal. He said that it’s a win-win for both of them whether it happens or not. Triple H added that it’s all on Shaq and Big Show and what they really want to do. As of right now, he believes that they’re just poking at each other.

When asked about if he puts pressure on himself to top his previous performance as he goes into his match with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania, he said that every year the hardest thing in the world for him is to wrestle once a year. He brought up when your full time at this job then you're just in mode and do it. He noted that he wrestled a few live events recently but other than that he hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 32. He noted that taking a year off is like not playing football for a year and then getting thrown into the Super Bowl. He noted that you don’t even remember the plays and freak out. He said that by wrestling 200 or 300 days a year, WrestleMania is just another show and another day and that you will be doing it tomorrow. He said that you want it to be special, but you don’t think about it like that because you do this all the time. He added that it’s a whole different level and when you get into your own head it’s a lot of pressure.
