Last night’s (Sun. July 15, 2018) WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view (PPV) was headlined by a 30-minute Ironman match for the Intercontinental Championship between Dolph Ziggler and Seth Rollins. Ziggler ended up retaining the Intercontinental Title in Sudden Death Overtime thanks to some help from Drew McIntyre at ringside.
During the match, however, the crowd was getting quite a bit of attention for what they were doing. They kept counting down the clock on the big screen during the match. To prevent this, WWE removed the timer from the screen. But that didn’t stop the Pittsburgh crowd. They continued to count down at random times anyways.
At one point in the match Ziggler and Rollins can be seen discussing this. Ziggler has Rollins in a sleeper hold and can be heard saying “it’s worse than when the clock was up”. Rollins responded by saying something that sounded like “That’s why they should have left it up”.

Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio (WON) took to Twitter to explain that Rollins and Ziggler wanted WWE to keep the clock up so they could time out the last 10 minutes of their match more effectively:
Seth and Dolph wanted the clock back so they could time out the last ten minutes. #ExtremeRules
