WWE gave fans a behind the scenes look at Kevin Owens making an NXT return on November 23, 2020 in Orlando, Florida at the Capitol Wrestling Center on the USA Network.
The former NXT Champion was originally on the show to do commentary but ended up hosting a Kevin Owens Show segment with Leon Ruff and Johnny Gargano, who were feuding over the North American Title at the time.

Since that time, Owens has entered into a program with Roman Reigns over the Universal Title. They’ll work a Last Man Standing Match at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event.
