WATCH: WWE’s Shinsuke Nakamura made a special entrance for his match with The Great Muta

Shinsuke Nakamura made a stunning return to the Japanese wrestling promotion Pro Wrestling NOAH.

The WWE star wrestled The Great Muta at Sunday’s Pro Wrestling NOAH The New Year event from the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan. A rare agreement allowed Nakamura to be able to compete in Japan against the legend.

Nakamura had a stunning entrance at the event, including his WWE theme music while wearing new attire. He also had a violinist part of his entrance. Nakamura went over in the match after a hard fought battle.

Nakamura got misted and even kicked out of Great Muta’s Shining Wizard. Nakamura delivered a return mist to Muta before hitting his Kinshasa finisher to win the match.

This was Nakamura’s first non-WWE wrestling event since signing with the company in 2016. The match was part of Muta’s farewell tour.
