Wednesday Night War 6/24/20: WWE NXT snaps losing streak, AEW Dynamite hits yearly low
The live viewership numbers for both AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT are in.
AEW was down while NXT was up this week in total viewers. They also saw a decrease in the important 18-49 demographic. However, it was NXT that took the night, which breaks their losing streak. This marked the new yearly low for AEW in total viewership as the previous low was back on May 13th with 654,000.
AEW Dynamite drew 633,000 live viewers and NXT drew 786,000 live viewers. Last week, AEW drew 772,000 while NXT drew 746,000.
As is the case in most weeks, AEW won the 18-49 demographic. NXT ranked #26 among the top 150 shows on cable while AEW was #17.
