In a video, the WWE Superstar unveiled a surprising and ominous collection of items, reinforcing her dangerous new on-screen persona.
The video (scroll down to see it) shows Naomi opening the briefcase to reveal stacks of cash, some of which are wrapped in yellow caution tape. Alongside the money are her signature sunglasses, a knife, a stun gun, and a photo of her husband, fellow WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso. The reveal is a significant departure from the Money in the Bank gimmick, which typically sees the winner carry a contract for a guaranteed championship match.
This reveal aligns with the more aggressive, “cutthroat” attitude Naomi has displayed since turning heel earlier this year. The inclusion of weapons like a knife and a stun gun suggests she is prepared to go to extreme lengths to secure a championship, using any means necessary. The video concluded with Naomi stating, “I’m sick of this bitch.”
Naomi won the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match this past Saturday, defeating five other competitors to earn the briefcase. In an interview on the official WWE post-show that night, she explicitly named Tiffany Stratton as the “first one I’m coming for.” She cited Stratton’s past interference in her matches as the reason for her focus. But in this case, it appears to be about Jade Cargill since she quote tweeted a video that showed Jade chatting with Jimmy.
