WWE is planning on doing Triple H vs. The Rock at WrestleMania 32. If they can do a tag team match with HHH and Stephanie McMahon vs. The Rock and Ronda Rousey then they will consider doing that as well.
WWE has had this plan as far back as early 2014. WWE wanted to do Rock vs. Triple H at WrestleMania 31, but Johnson’s schedule wouldn’t allow him to train for a match on the show as he was to be promoting “Furious 7,” although he was able to be at the show. That’s when Sting vs. HHH became the idea, with HHH going over, when they agreed to do Rock vs. HHH next year.
The plan is for two single matches at Mania with HHH vs. Rock and Ronda Rousey vs. Stephanie at WrestleMania 32.
