Why is Carmella not on the main roster with Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady?

– A fan asked Carmella on Twitter why she is not on the main roster with Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady. Carmella replied by saying that she wants to stay in NXT to become NXT Women’s Champion.

While in NXT, Carmella would walk to the ring and appear in all of the backstage segments with Amore and Cassady.

I was told that Vince McMahon, not Triple H, made the call for Enzo, Cass, Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin to move up to the main roster.
