Last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw took place from Greensboro, North Carolina. It was the go-home show to SummerSlam this weekend which will take place from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn New York on August 19th. Raw featured several segments that served as the final hype behind several key matches for this weekend. Those matches include Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, Alexa Bliss vs. Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women’s Championship, Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Intercontinental Title and many more.
It looks like Triple H and Stephanie McMahon weren’t backstage for the show. Instead the “power couple” were in attendance for the O.A.R. concert at Central Park Summerstage. O.A.R. is raising awareness for the Connor’s Cure charity over the span of their current tour. The proceeds from the past several concerts will go towards helping kids fight cancer.
