Although WWE’s focus has been on Saturday Night’s Main Event this week, the company is also building towards the Royal Rumble.
Aside from the Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble matches, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens in a Ladder Match is the only other match confirmed for the show. At least one other match or perhaps two matches will likely be added to the card.
On a recent edition of SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Q&A, WrestleVotes noted he has heard rumblings of a secondary women’s title match, perhaps a Chelsea Green United States Title match, being added to the show. However, this is NOT locked in and should be considered a rumored bout for now.
