The rosters for the Women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series have been officially finalized following a chaotic segment on Friday Night SmackDown that featured the return of AJ Lee.
The segment began with the core of the babyface team—Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, IYO SKY, and Rhea Ripley—making their way to the ring to address the vacant spot on their squad. Rhea Ripley took the microphone, stating that while trust is hard to come by, she trusts her current partners.
AJ Lee Returns
Ripley then announced the final member of her team: AJ Lee. The former Divas Champion’s music hit, marking her return to the company to join forces with Ripley’s squad for the WarGames structure.
The Ambush
However, the celebration was cut short before it could truly begin. As AJ Lee’s music played, the opposing team—The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), Nia Jax, and Lash Legend—launched a sneak attack on the women in the ring.
Becky Lynch Chooses a Side
In the midst of the chaos, AJ Lee made her way down the ramp to join the fight. She was suddenly intercepted by Becky Lynch. Lynch delivered a vicious shoulder block to the returning star, knocking her to the ground.
Lynch then entered the ring and made her allegiances clear. She shook hands with Asuka, officially cementing herself as the fifth member of Nia Jax’s team. The segment ended with the battle lines drawn: Team Ripley (Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, IYO SKY, and AJ Lee) will face Team Jax (Nia Jax, The Kabuki Warriors, Lash Legend, and Becky Lynch) at Survivor Series War Games.
