Another WWE legend has thrown her name into the hat for a potential spot at the upcoming Evolution 2 premium live event. WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze (also known as Madusa) has expressed her interest in returning to the ring for the show’s planned Battle Royal.
Alundra Blayze Wants To Compete At WWE Evolution 2
The winner of the Battle Royal will receive a future Women’s World Championship match at the Clash in Paris event. On X (formerly Twitter), Blayze shared her desire to be part of the historic match.
“THIS WAS FUN!! Looking forward to #WWEEvolution #BattleRoyal It would be great again! I wish,” she wrote.
A Stacked Card For Evolution 2
Blayze, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015, last wrestled in a WWE ring at the first Evolution event in 2018, where she also competed in a battle royal. The 62-year-old has made sporadic appearances since, but a return for the second all-women’s PLE would be a major moment.
The card for Evolution 2 is already shaping up to be a huge event, with matches like Iyo Sky vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship and Tiffany Stratton defending her WWE Women’s Championship against the returning Trish Stratus already announced.
