On Wednesday, a meeting was held at WWE headquarters about Extreme Rules and Vince McMahon made the decision to not add any more matches to the show.
Well, he has changed his mind. It was just announced on WWE’s social media accounts that Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler will take place on tonight’s show in Philadelphia.
