Owens will be undergoing surgery on his knee soon. At this point, there is no word on how long he will be out of action. Dave Meltzer reported on Thursday that the severity of Owen’s injuries won’t be known until he goes under the knife but he would be out anywhere between to 4 to 8 months.

The best case scenario is he returns in February just after the Royal Rumble but in time for the WrestleMania hype. The worst case scenario is he will miss WrestleMania.
