WWE has officially announced the latest group of athletes to join the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. In a social media post shared on X, the company revealed that Meghan Walker, Cyrus Habibi-Likio, and Jessica Bogdanov have signed developmental contracts. The “coming soon” teaser suggests that these recruits may be featured on NXT programming in the near future.
Cyrus Habibi-Likio comes to WWE with a background in collegiate football, having played as a running back for both the University of Oregon and Boise State University. Over the course of his 43-game college career, he rushed for 783 yards and scored 23 touchdowns. Habibi-Likio participated in the WWE tryouts held during SummerSlam weekend earlier this year. Before signing, he documented his training at the Oasis Wrestling School, where he worked with Journey Fatu, the brother of WWE Superstar Jacob Fatu.
Meghan Walker transitions to professional wrestling from the world of track and field. A former competitor for the University of Nebraska, Walker specialized in sprinting events, including the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes. She was previously signed to a “Next In Line” (NIL) deal with WWE, a program designed to recruit collegiate athletes, before converting her agreement into a full Performance Center contract.
Jessica Bogdanov brings a diverse athletic portfolio to the company. The 31-year-old is a Russian pole dancer and rhythmic gymnast who achieved significant success in international competition. Bogdanov is a silver medalist from the 2011 Pan American Games in the 5 balls event and secured bronze medals in the 3 ribbons and 2 hoops categories. She also gained recognition in the fitness community by winning the 2015 Female Calisthenics World Championship held in Moscow.
These new recruits will join the training system at the WWE Performance Center, which serves as the primary developmental hub for the NXT brand. The facility focuses on honing in-ring skills, character development, and promo work to prepare athletes for television. While no specific debut dates have been confirmed, the social media announcement indicates that the company intends to introduce them to the audience soon.
