Which match will serve as the headline of WrestleMania every year has always been a hot topic as there is usually a divide within the fans of which contest has earned that right. Although WWE Chairman Vince McMahon likes to hype that there are usually several main events for the biggest show of the year for the company, there’s only one.
Despite the fact that WrestleMania 35 only has two matches confirmed thus far, fans are set on one match that should get the honor this year.
Currently, WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar defending the title against Seth Rollins and WWE Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey defending against Becky Lynch are the only matches officially announced for this show.
WWE’s official website is running a poll where they are asking fans which match that they would like to see serve as the WrestleMania 35 headliner. Lynch vs. Rousey currently leads the way as seen here:
WrestleMania 35 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 7, 2019 in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium. This event airs on pay-per-view (PPV) and WWE Network.
