Welcome to the Clash of Champions pre-show. A video package to hype the Women’s Title match between Charlotte, Bayley and Sasha Banks. Bayley cut a backstage promo to hype the match. Sheamus joined the panel to hype his match with Cesaro. Sheamus vowed to win the seventh and final match. A video package to hype TJ Perkins vs. Brian Kendrick was shown.
Pre-Show Match: Nia Jax vs. Alicia Fox
Jax knocked her down and tossed her into the corner. Jax threw her into the opposite corner. Jax locked in a jaw lock but Fox fought out of it. Jax slammed her down to the ground. Fox fought back and hit a leg scissors. Jax cut her off and hit a samoan drop for the win.
Winner: Jax.
Welcome to the WWE Clash of Champions PPV event. The New Day walk down to the ring and cut a promo about being tag team champions. They said that Anderson and Gallows want to break them up like Brad and Angelina.
RAW Tag Team Title Match: New Day © vs. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows
Anderson and Gallows jumped Kofi and Big E right out of the gate. Anderson hit a powerbomb to Kofi for 2. Anderson hit a series of punches to Kofi from mount. Gallows was tagged in and Kofi drop kicked him. Gallows cut him off with an elbow drop. Big E and Anderson got the hot tags. Big E hit a series of belly-to-belly suplexes. Big E hit a big splash to Anderson. Big E sent Anderson to the apron but Anderson hit him with a knee strike. Big E hit a powerslam for 2. Anderson cut him off with a flying knee for 2. Gallows was tagged in and hit a big boot. They hit the Magic Killer for a near fall as Kofi made the save. Gallows sent Kofi to the floor. Big E fought back and tagged in Kofi, who walked into a chokeslam by Gallows. They went for the Magic Killer but Kofi fought out. Kofi sent Gallows to the floor and kicked Anderson in the face. Big E was tagged in and hit the Big Ending to Anderson. Kofi took out Gallows at ringside with a dive. Woods hit Anderson with the trumpet. Kofi and Big E hit their finisher for the win.
Winners: New Day.
WWE Cruiserweight Title Match: TJ Perkins © vs. Brian Kendrick
They lock up and Perkins took him down and covered him for 2. Perkins went for a kneebar but Kendrick rolled the bottom rope to break it. Perkins went for a springboard dive but Kendrick caught him with the apron and landed a series of right hands. Back in the ring, Perkins tripped him and locked in a leg submission. Kendrick fought out of it and sent him over the top rope. Back in the ring, Kendrick locked in an arm submission. Kendrick missed a spear and went flying out of the floor. Perkins caught him with a head kick. Kendrick launched him with a monkey flip. Perkins cut him off and hit a backstabber for 2. Perkins went to the top rope but Kendrick knocked him down. Perkins fought him off and hit a hurricanrana from the top rope to the floor. Back in the ring, Perkins hit a dropkick and a springboard kick. Perkins went to the top rope and missed a 450 splash. Kendrick went for an arm submission but Perkins reversed and locked in an ankle lock. Kendrick got out of it and Kendrick hit Slice Bread for a near fall. Perkins rolled through and locked in the knee lock for the win.
Winner: Perkins.
Post-match, Kendrick attacked him from behind.
Match #7 in the Best of Seven Series: Cesaro vs. Sheamus
They start brawling to begin the match. Cesaro hit him with a series of uppercuts. Sheamus used the top rope to his advantage and then hit a clothesline off the top rope for 2. Sheamus hit a series of powerslams for 2. Cesaro sent Sheamus shoulder first into the corner. Sheamus hit a backbreaker for 2. Sheamus went to the top rope but Cesaro knocked him down. Sheamus headbutted him and Cesaro went crashing to the floor. Sheamus hit a clothesline but Cesaro reversed it with an uppercut. Cesaro clotheslines Sheamus over the barricade and both guys were checked on by WWE doctors. The referee called the match off.
There was a backstage segment with Charlotte and Bayley. Bayley reminded her that she beat her a few weeks ago on RAW and she will do it again tonight.
Singles Match: Chris Jericho vs. Sami Zayn
They lock up and Zayn hit a series of chops. Jericho rolled to the floor and Zayn hit a clothesline. Zayn took out the left knee of Jericho and then sent him back into the ring. Jericho hit a drop kick to Zayn. Jericho and Zayn exchanged in a series of chops. Jericho sent him groin first on the top rope and then to the floor. Back in the ring, Jericho went for the Lionsault but Zayn put his knees up. Zayn Jericho cut him off and hit the codebreaker.
Winner: Jericho.
Triple Threat RAW Women’s Title Match: Charlotte © vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley
All three women start brawling to begin the match. Bayley took them out with a baseball slide. Banks landed a series of strikes to Charlotte. Bayley and Banks started to argue. Charlotte pulled Banks down by her hair. Bayley worked over Charlotte’s left arm and then hit a back elbow. All three women miss a dropkick and then have a stare off. Charlotte went to the top rope but Banks knocked her down and hit a knee strike. Bayley hit a suplex to Banks and an elbow drop to Charlotte. Banks sent Bayley to the apron but Bayley used the top rope to her advantage. Charlotte sent Bayley to the floor and hit a series of knee strikes to the injured back of Banks. Charlotte kneed Bayley off the apron. Charlotte hit a suplex to Banks and covered her for 2. Banks and Charlotte exchanged right hands. Banks hit a headscissors to Charlotte then sent into the corner. Banks with a clothesline to Charlotte and then a series of dropkicks. Banks hit a knee strike. Banks stacked Bayley in corner and hit a knee strike. Charlotte pulled Bayley out of the ring. Banks went for a dive off the apron but Charlotte chopped her. Back in the ring, Charlotte hit a powerslam to Banks. Charlotte went for the Figure Four but Banks blocked and Bayley hit her finisher to Charlotte. Banks rolled up Bayley for 2. Bayley and Banks started double teaming Charlotte. Charlotte kicked Bayley and sent her into the corner. Banks hit a series of slaps to Charlotte. Charlotte suplexed Banks face first. Charlotte went to the top rope and she sent Bayley to the ground. Charlotte with a power slam to Bayley. Charlotte went to the top rope and hit a moonsault onto both girls for 2. Charlotte hit Natural Selection to Bayley but Banks broke it up and locked in the Bank Statement on Charlotte. Dana Brooke pulled Charlotte out of the ring. Bayley rolled up Banks for 2. Bayley went to the top rope but Charlotte knocked her down and hit a big boot to Banks. Charlotte rolled up Banks for 2. Banks hit the Bank Statement to Charlotte but Bayley broke it up. Banks hit the Bank Statement to Bayley but Charlotte broke it up. Charlotte sent Banks into the barricade. Back in the ring, Bayley rolled her up but Charlotte grabbed Banks hair. Bayley knocked Banks down. Charlotte hit a big boot to Bayley for the win.
Winner: Charlotte.
US Title Match: Rusev © vs. Roman Reigns
They start brawling to begin the match. Reigns rolled out to the floor to regroup. Rusev hit a spin kick and then put the boots to him. Rusev choked Reigns on the ring ropes. Reigns fought back with a clothesline. Rusev cut him off and sent him into the ring post and barricade. Back in the ring, Rusev locked in a headlock. Reigns hit a Superman Punch and Lana pulled the referee out of the ring. The referee sent Lana to the back. Rusev locked in the Accolade and Reigns fought out of it. Reigns hit the spear for the win.
Winner and new champion: Reigns.
WWE Universal Title Match: Kevin Owens © vs. Seth Rollins
Rollins chased Owens around ringside to begin the match, He sent Owens into the barricade and then hit a diving knee strike off the apron. Back in the ring, Rollins hit an over castle from the middle rope for 2. Owens cut him off with a DDT and then sent him to the floor. Owens tossed him into the barricade. Back in the ring, Owens put the boots to him. Rollins fought back and sent him into the barricade. Rollins sent him back into the ring and went for the pedigree. Owens blocked and took out the left knee of Rollins. Owens hit the cannonball in the corner. Owens went for a powerbomb but Rollins blocked and they exchanged right hands. Owens hit a super kick and Rollins fired back with a kick to the head of Owens. Owens sent him into the corner and missed the cannonball. Rollins went for a springboard move but Owens caught him and hit a powerslam for 2. Owens went to the top rope but Rollins caught him with a kick. Owens knocked him down and hit a frog splash for 2. Owens went for a senton bomb off the english announce table onto Rollins, who was laying on the spanish announce table, but Rollins moved and Owens crashed through it. Back in the ring, Jericho ran down to the ring and distracted Rollins. Owens hit a powerbomb to Rollins for a near fall. Jericho got on the apron and started to complain to the referee. Rollins pushed Owens into Jericho and rolled up Owens for 2. Rollins with a knee strike then hit the Pedigree for 2 as Jericho put Owens’ foot on the bottom rope. Owens pushed Rollins into the referee. Owens went for a powerbomb but Rollins blocked it and hit the Pedigree. The referee was still down. Jericho ran into the ring and attacked Rollins from behind. Rollins sent Jericho to the floor and hit an outside dive to Jericho then Owens. Stephanie McMahon sent out another referee. Owens hit a powerbomb to Rollins for the win.
Winner: Owens.
Owens and Jericho celebrated on the stage to end the show.
