WWE has confirmed the start times for both nights of WrestleMania 42, which is scheduled to take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The official confirmation of the schedule follows several weeks of updates and adjustments to the event’s logistics. WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared a promotional match poster for the main event featuring CM Punk and Roman Reigns, which included the broadcast details for the two-night event.
According to the official graphic shared by Levesque, both the Saturday and Sunday shows are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Eastern time (3 p.m. Pacific). In the social media post accompanying the poster, Levesque wrote: “For it all…in the main event of #WrestleMania. The BITW vs The OTC…”.
Initially, the event was listed with a 4 p.m. Pacific start time. However, last week, WWE sent an email to ticket holders stating that “WrestleMania 42 would begin at 2:30 p.m. Pacific time, a change from the previously listed 4 p.m. Pacific start time”. The WrestleMania 42 website was also updated to reflect these revisions.
In the United States, the first hour of Night 1 (Saturday, April 18) is scheduled to air on ESPN2, while the first hour of Night 2 (Sunday, April 19) will air on ESPN. Following the opening hour on cable, the full broadcast will continue on the ESPN streaming service in the U.S., while Netflix serves as the international carrier.
