WWE Crew Had Rough Travel Schedule For Superstar Spectacle in India

WWE returned to India last Friday for its first event in the country since 2017 with WWE Superstar Spectacle at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium (Gachibowli Indoor Stadium) for a show that aired exclusively in the India market.

John Cena teamed with World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins to beat Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci of Imperium in the main event.

Another top match was Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens & Drew McIntyre defeating Indus Sheer (Veer, Sanga & Jinder Mahal).

Pwinsider reports that the WWE crew that went to the show had to return to the United States in time for tonight’s Raw had a rough travel schedule.

They were told, “The trip was pretty rough in that it was in the area of 19 hours flights each way, with the talents landing, going right into media interviews, then performing live and heading right back to the airport for another 19-hour flight.”

Although it was an exhausting schedule, they were told that the “atmosphere live was absolutely insane and loud in terms of electricity.”
