Hulk Hogan has yet to sign a new deal with WWE because they want to take small steps and test the waters because they know that some fans will not be on board with his return.
As previously reported, Hogan met with the locker room before Extreme Rules and apologized for his mistakes. Before he left Pittsburgh, he also filmed a video for the WWE Superstars for Hope campaign. The campaign is to benefit the Special Olympics and Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health.
If you look on at the comments for the YouTube video, they have been disabled so it’s clear that WWE knows what is ahead and they will have to do a lot of work if they expect to rehab Hogan’s image in the eyes of some fans.
