WWE To Donate All Net Proceeds From New Hulk Hogan Merch To His Family

In the wake of the tragic passing of Hulk Hogan, WWE has announced a new merchandise collection to honor his memory and provide support for his family. The “Hulk Hogan Legacy Collection” is now available on the company’s official online shop.

Hogan, one of the most influential and recognizable figures in wrestling history, passed away on July 24th at the age of 71. WWE confirmed that all net proceeds from the new collection will go directly to Hogan’s family.

A Tribute To Two Eras

The new collection features t-shirts that celebrate the two iconic and distinct eras that defined Hulk Hogan’s legendary career. Fans can purchase new designs representing both the classic red and yellow of “Hulkamania” and the rebellious black and white of the New World Order (nWo).

These two brands represent landscape-changing moments in the wrestling industry. The “Hulkamania” brand in the 1980s, built on the mantra of “say your prayers and eat your vitamins,” turned WWE into a global phenomenon and made Hogan a real-life superhero to a generation of fans. In the 1990s, the edgy, “cool heel” nWo brand became a cultural force, with its simple black and white t-shirt becoming the best-selling piece of merchandise in wrestling history.

Emotional Tribute

The release of the Legacy Collection comes just one day after WWE paid tribute to Hogan on an emotional episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The show featured a ten-bell salute, moving video packages highlighting his career, and in-person appearances from legends and close friends like Jimmy Hart, Ted DiBiase, and Gerald Brisco.
