WWE employee wins 24/7 Championship

A new WWE 24/7 Champion has been crowned and this time it happened at a WWE Town Hall event. We don't know where the event was held but it appears to have been at or near WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Triple H announced on Twitter that long-time WWE employee Michael Glaccio won the title. Giaccio has been with the company since 2013 and he was WWE's Senior Account Manager of Global Sales and Partnerships. His current title with the company is as the Digital Project Executive/Content Manager so it sounds like he has a big hand in what fans see on WWE's digital side of things.

As seen below, the title change happened while Truth was cutting a promo. He heard some chatter and then attempted to run off but he knocked himself out while running into the set. That is when Giaccio seized the moment and then pinned Truth to win the title. Giaccio is being credited as the first employee to hold the 24/7 title.

I would assume that Truth or someone else will win the title from Giaccio relatively soon. Check out the clip below of Giaccio winning the title.
