Brandon Thurston is reporting that there were mass layoffs today at WWE company headquarters.
The number of people being let go today is unknown but this follows the 100+ employees that were let go in September after the TKO merger became official. No word on if this will trickle down to talent releases but, as noted earlier, NXT backstage interviewer McKenzie Mitchell was let go today.
The cuts/firings are not unexpected since the company is looking to cut redundancies in various departments. If we find out about talent releases, we will post updates here on WrestlingNews.co
