WWE has filed a trademark for John Morrison.
On May 31st, WWE filed to trademark the term, “Drip Stick.” Here is the description for the filing under the category of entertainment services:
“International Class 041: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered life and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.”
As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Tampa, Florida at Yuengling Center on the USA Network, there was a Miz TV segment that opened the show with The Miz and John Morrison.
It featured appearances by Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair to hype their match at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event. During it, Morrison introduced a prop that he calls a Drip Stick.
