WWE files trademark for ring name of The Usos’ brother Joseph Fatu



WWE has filed a trademark for the new ring name of Joseph Fatu in NXT 2.0.

On October 8th, WWE secured the rights to the term, “Solo Sikoa” with it being listed for entertainment purposes. Here is the description:

“Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment.”

Fatu is the younger brother of Jimmy and Jey Uso and son of WWE Hall Of Famer Rikishi. He has wrestled on the independent scene for years ahead of signing with WWE in late August.

Fatu is set to make his WWE NXT 2.0 debut soon as the company started airing vignettes for him during Tuesday’s NXT episode.

Also part of this Performance Center class was Ben Buchanan, the son of former WWE star Bull Buchanan, and Bobby Steveson, the brother of Gable Steveson.
