On 2/11, WWE filed for a trademark on the Ultimate Warrior logo. This appears to be for merchandising purposes. Warrior’s wife does charity/community work on behalf of the company and they present the Warrior Award during WrestleMania weekend so this trademark filing is no surprise.
The filing is for:

WWE has also filed trademarks for Bo Dallas and “Then Now Forever,” which is used during the signature intro before all of their television shows. “Then Now Forever” was used by CBS during the Super Bowl so this is likely WWE making sure that it’s not used by them again.
