On today's Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about the circumsances behind Nash Carter's firing from WWE. As was noted on Wednesday, Carter was fired after domestic violence allegations from Impact Wrestling's Kimber Lee.

"This is a really weird situation because he was fired for the Hitler picture. The other allegations is not what he was fired for," Meltzer said.

Meltzer later stated again on the show that it was the photo that got him fired. He added, "you have to understand Vince McMahon. Vince McMahon had allegations against him multiple times over the years. So, if he is to believe that [Carter] is innocent, then he has to presume that other people that claim's are made [about] may be innocent. So he's not a guy who is gonna fire everybody the minute somebody says something. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just saying that's the situation."

Meltzer added that Nick Khan comes the criminal justice system before he became an agent in Hollywood and Khan is very much of the belief that you can't get rid of someone without proof because you are innocent until proven guilty.
