The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Tampa, Florida at Yuengling Center.
The episode drew an average of 1.800 million viewers, which is up from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 1.755 million viewers on FOX, according to TVLine and TV Series Finale.
It also pulled in an average of 0.70 rating in the 18-49 demographic. That is up from the 0.40 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week. If the key demo stays the same when the final numbers come out then it would be the highest demo since May 7th.
SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until later this week.
There’s no word yet on the hourly viewership. The show featured WWE Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews defending his title against Kevin Owens, SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio defending against The Usos, and more.
WWE Smackdown overnight ratings show the program did a 0.7 rating in P18-49, leading in the demo. Total viewership measured at 1.8 million.
If accurate, that's highest P18-49 viewership since May 7, but similar total viewers to the last two weeks. Finals come out in a few days.
