WWE Friday Night SmackDown overnight ratings drop under 2 million viewers for Samoan Street Fight

The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Orlando, Florida at the Amway Center.

The episode drew an average of 1.954 million viewers, which is down from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 2.261 million viewers.

The first hour saw it pull in 1.922 million viewers while hour two did 1.986 million viewers. Last week’s show did 2.236 million viewers in hour one while hour two did 2.286 million viewers.

It also pulled in an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was #1 for the night. That is down from the 0.55 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.

The show was headlined by Samoan Street Fight that saw Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs. Baron Corbin and Jey Uso.

SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It was behind 20/20, Magnum P.I., Blue Bloods, Shark Tank, Dateline NBC, and other series among the top shows on network television.

It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until Monday.
