WWE Friday Night SmackDown overnight ratings slightly dip for Fatal 4-Way headliner

The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Orlando, Florida at the Amway Center.

The episode drew an average of 2.066 million viewers, which is down from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 2.181 million viewers.

The first hour saw it pull in 2.018 million viewers while hour two did 2.113 million viewers. Last week’s show did 2.210 million viewers in hour one while hour two did 2.151 million viewers.

It also pulled in an average of 0.55 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was #1 for the night. That down from the 0.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.

It should be noted that this was the post-Payback episode of SmackDown. It was headlined by a Fatal 4-Way Match to determine a new #1 contender for the WWE Universal Title, which was won by Jey Uso.

SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It was behind 20/20, Magnum P.I., Blue Bloods, Shark Tank, Dateline NBC, and other series among the top shows on network television.

It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until Monday.
