The Intercontinental Championship was on the line in a Ladder Match at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Corey Graves noted that it was the champion’s discretion to enter the ring so Rollins entered first for his match against Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, and The Miz. Miz got fireworks in the sky as part of his entrance.
As expected, the ladder was used as a weapon but thankfully, they didn’t do any crazy spectacle bumps like they would on a show like WrestleMania. The finish was Rollins and Balor battling on the ladder for the title. Rollins was able to grab it and he retained.
