WWE had to re-tape a few segments during recent TV tapings

WWE held a string of TV tapings for shows such as Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, and Main Event in Orlando, Florida at the WWE Performance Center last week.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported today that there were a couple of re-shoots from the tapings including Otis vs. Baron Corbin in a singles match during Friday’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

Per the report, Otis ended up having to take four pretty brutal spine busters due to re-films. It was added that it “wasn’t even the part of the match that was messed up.”

Also, MVP did a promo on a recent episode of Raw and WWE reportedly decided to re-shoot the promo because he referred to the audience as NXT Superstars.

This led to someone coming over the loudspeaker to stop MVP from continuing his promo to inform him to only refer to the audience as “Performance Center recruits.”

As noted, it was reported WWE used a P.A. system to tell tired NXT wrestlers to be more lively at TV tapings. For more on that, click here.
