She later failed a field sobriety test and was booked into jail on four charges. Two counts of DUI, one for suspended license and one for careless driving.

According to The Times-News in Carbon County, Sunny faces charges from three separate DUI incidents in the county.

Following the May 30th incident, she was also stopped on June 1st in Towamensing Township and then stopped again following a crash on June 20th. Both incidents saw her being booked for DUI.

She was scheduled to appear in court this past Wednesday (July 29th) for the May 30th incident but decided to skip out on it and now her charges will be going to trial.
